Neste domingo tranquei a nutricionista no quarto, ahahah. Bom, me deixe explicar antes que haja algum mal entendido. Se já leu quem eu sou, deve saber que sou nutricionista, por isso toda vez que faço algum almoço com muitas calorias logo vem à cobrança, por isso sempre brinco dizendo: – Esqueça a nutricionista, está pressa no quarto!
Mas o almoço calórico foi por um motivo justo. Recebi algumas visitas queridas e esta é uma boa desculpa para fazer um almoço gostoso.
Claro que tinha uma saladinha básica, muitas folhas e legumes, mas o prato principal, diga-se de passagem, uma delicia…. Costelas de Porco ao Molho Barbecue, acompanhada de batata cozida e arroz branco, e de sobremesa hummmmmmmm…… pudim de leite condensado e sorvete.
Mas você leitor deve estar se perguntando, por que estou contando isso. Simples, eu gosto de comer bem e de fazer coisas gostosas, mas só faço isso em ocasiões especiais, o meu dia a dia é bem mais restrito, eu tenho consciência que não posso abusar todos os dias. Então hoje já voltei a minha rotina alimentar. Saladinha, frutas, carne magra, etc. e sem doces rsrsrsr.
Mas, caro leitor para que não fique com água na boca deixo aqui as receitinhas. A receita das Costelas eu não me recordo mais onde peguei, acho que foi em um destes programas de televisão.
O pudim é receita de uma amiga , ele é feito de maneira diferente da tradicional, infelizmente muito mais calórico, mas acreditem, uma delÃcia.
Quando quiser “fechar o bom senso dentro do quarto”, esta é uma boa pedida.
