Ingredientes
:: 2 xÃcaras (chá) de farinha de trigo
:: 2 xÃcaras (chá) de açúcar
:: 1 xÃcara (chá) de chocolate em pó
:: 1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó
:: 1 pitada de sal
:: 3 ovos
:: 1 xÃcara (chá) de manteiga sem sal
:: 1 xÃcara (chá) de água fervente
Ingredientes da cobertura
:: 2 receitas de brigadeiro (preparadas conforme instruções)
:: raspas de chocolate (para confeitar)
:: 1 lata de creme de leite
Modo de fazer
Em uma vasilha grande, de metal ou louça, coloque os ingredientes secos do bolo: a farinha de trigo, o açúcar, o chocolate em pó, o fermento em pó e o sal. Faça um buraco no meio e junte os ingredientes lÃquidos (ou quase): os ovos, a manteiga derretida e a água. Bata imediatamente na batedeira (para não cozinhar os ovos) até a massa ficar bem homogênea (aproximadamente 5 minutos, na velocidade máxima). Despeje-a em uma forma untada com manteiga e enfarinhada, assando em forno médio (180 graus), preaquecido, por 35 minutos ou até que o bolo esteja assado. Teste com o palito. Prepare a cobertura: faça o brigadeiro e, quando estiver no ponto, acrescente a lata de creme de leite e continue mexendo por mais 5 minutos. Apague o fogo. Corte a massa do bolo ao meio, no sentido horizontal, recheie e cubra com o brigadeiro morno e decore com as raspas de chocolate.
