Modelo brasileira que veste 48 e trabalha nos EUA defende moda GG em SP
Achei muito legal esta reportagem. Creio que é um grito de liberdade a “cultura da magreza”. Todos nos temos tipos físicos diferentes, e aquelas modelos maravilhosas e magrinhas, tem uma genética para isso, e com certeza também fazem algum sacrifício para se manter magras, afinal de contas usam a sua aparência para trabalhar. Mas o que eu quero ressaltar é que são poucas que tem esta genética privilegiada. A grande maioria das mulheres são “simples mortais”, que de vez em quando exageram nos doces, tem TPM (tensão pré menstrual), ficam grávidas (e engordam mais do que deveriam), envelhecem e em algum momento da vida estarão acima do peso.
Existem pessoas que jamais serão como a Gisele Bündechen, por vários motivos, um deles é o biótipo. Por isso acho importante antes de se sacrificar comendo só alface, preste atenção ao seu próprio corpo, aos seus objetivos e finalmente a sua real necessidade. Ser feliz é mais importante de tudo. Claro que uma alimentação balanceada é muito importante, pois mantém a saúde, a disposição, etc. Vamos refletir um pouco……

A modelo Fluvia Lacerda aproveitou sua viagem de férias a SP para defender o bom gosto na moda tamanho GG
Fluvia Lacerda chegou à capital paulista nesta terça-feira (28).
Brasileira trabalha como modelo ‘plus size’ há quatro anos.
A modelo Fluvia Lacerda, de 28 anos, sempre foi gordinha, nunca considerou o seu excesso de peso um problema e, por isso, jamais fez regime. Ela também não imaginou que o seu manequim 48 seria fundamental para que fosse descoberta por uma ‘olheira’ e conquistasse o sucesso profissional como modelo.
Fluvia é uma modelo “plus size” da agência Elite nos Estados Unidos, ou seja, ela trabalha profissionalmente e estrela catálogos de marcas que produzem peças tamanho G e GG. “Aqui no Brasil, esse segmento de modelos praticamente não existe. Lá fora, muitas agências têm modelos tamanho 48 porque há demanda das marcas”, afirma.
É justamente sobre essa demanda que Fluvia tenta chamar a atenção das grifes nacionais. “O dinheiro de uma mulher gorda aqui não vale nada porque ela não encontra muitas opções de roupas bonitas, elegantes e com bom acabamento”, dispara. “As roupas para gordinhas no Brasil são geralmente malfeitas ou parecem um saco de batatas”, completa.
Antes de ir morar no exterior, Fluvia conta que nunca tinha pensado que poderia ser uma gordinha fashion. “Até porque nunca encontrei algo legal que servisse em mim”. Mas, apesar de achar que a moda brasileira está longe de atender à demanda das mulheres vaidosas e acima do peso, Fluvia reconhece que a situação está melhorando.
Saúde no prato
Apesar de ter o emprego dos sonhos de toda modelo – poder comer de tudo sem medo de engordar –, Fluvia conta que segue uma dieta bastante equilibrada, em que os alimentos com conservantes não têm vez. “Não conto calorias e não curto mais comer fast food”, diz.

Fluvia também está cortando a carne vermelha do cardápio e só come arroz, massa e pães integrais. “Desde que mudei alguns hábitos, meu sono ficou mais tranqüilo, meu cabelo ficou mais bonito e até minha unha mais forte”.
Como toda modelo, a preocupação com a imagem faz parte do dia-a-dia. Fluvia frequenta a academia cinco vezes na semana, faz ginástica localizada, ioga e aulas de spinning, além de ter a bicicleta como meio de transporte. “Vou para a academia não para emagrecer, mas para enrijecer os músculos e ganhar massa muscular”, afirma.
Depois de saber que Fluvia malha, anda de bicicleta e só come comida saudável, fica difícil entender porque ela continua vestindo 48. “Eu sempre fui assim, esse é o meu biótipo. Minha família é toda cheinha como eu”, conta a modelo, que mantém a mesma numeração de roupa há anos, vai ao médico todo ano para fazer checkup e mantém todas as taxas regularizadas.

Amei esta reportagem…só de pensar na dificuldade q é comprar tm 48-50, hoje tá melhor.
Não tive a sorte de ter uma genética privilegiada q nem minhas irmãs.
Hoje quero mesmo é ser feliz…
Cuidar da minha saúde e prá isso sei q tenho q mudar alguns hábitos alimentares.
