Você pode substituir o recheio de morangos desta receita por qualquer outro de sua preferência ou apenas acompanhar a crepe com frutas naturais picadinhas. Uma delÃcia!
Ingredientes
Massa
4 ovos
2 xÃcaras de chá de água
2 colheres de sopa de margarina light
3 colheres de sopa de leite em pó desnatado
2 xÃcaras de chá de farinha de trigo
1 colher de café de baunilha
1 colher de chá de adoçante próprio para forno e fogão
Recheio
1 caixa de morango
1 colher de chá de adoçante próprio para forno e fogão
Calda de chocolate
1/2 xÃcara de leite desnatado
3 colheres de sopa de leite em pó desnatado
3 colheres de sopa de achocolatado em pó dietético
Modo de preparo
Massa
Bata todos os ingredientes no liquidificador e deixe a massa descansar por cerca de 15 minutos. Depois, aqueça uma frigideira e com o fogo médio vá colocando uma concha rasa da massa por vez. Não se esqueça de virar para que os dois lados fiquem dourados.
Recheio
Pique os morangos. Em uma panela, aqueça o adoçante e 1 copo (240 ml) de água e mexa até a calda ficar bem consistente. Retire do fogo, acrescente os morangos e misture até que eles fiquem bem envolvidos pela calda.
Calda:
Misture o leite em pó ao achocolatado e, em seguida, adicione o leite. Leve ao fogo médio e mexa bem até começar a ferver. Retire do fogo e reserve.
Montagem:
Recheie a metade da massa para que você dobrá-la ao meio. Regue o crepe com a calda e sirva. Se quiser, pode enfeitar com cerejas.
