A seguir dicas caseiras para celulite, espinhas,olheiras…..
Celulite
Vai precisar de:
1 bucha vegetal
1 creme anticelulite
Filme plástico
No banho, esfolie o local (com a bucha) para ativar a circulação.
Em seguida, aplique o creme anticelulite, e massageie.
Enrole a região com o filme plástico e aguarde por 30 minutos.
Espinhas
Itens
Mel com própolis
Aplique o mel diretamente na espinha ele possui propriedade cicatrizante …e pronto!
Olheiras e inchaço
Chá de camomila.
Faça o chá e o leve a geladeira…
Quando acordar passe com chumaço de algodão sobre o local…..
Vermelhão na pele causado pelo sol
Use:
Leite gelado.
Molhe gazes no leite e deixe por 10 minutos na região afetada.
Pelos encravados
Itens
Mel
Aqueça o mel em Banho- Maria e aplique no local.
Após 30 min. retire com água gelada.
