Existem diversas indicações para uma consulta, quando falamos sobre dieta de emagrecimento, logo relacionamos este assunto a um Nutricionista. •   Histórico familiar, pessoal e clÃnico, prática de atividade fÃsica, análise de exames laboratoriais, medicamentos   utilizados, patologias, rotina diária;
•   Análise dos hábitos alimentares, preferências, aversões e alergias alimentares;
•   Avaliação da composição corporal: medições de peso, altura, circunferências e percentuais de gordura por dobras cutâneas;
•   Elaboração de cardápios e suplementação, se necessária;
•   Acompanhamento nutricional;
•   Recomendações e dúvidas nutricionais.
Após a consulta inicial, é feita uma análise detalhada e minuciosa de todos os dados coletados e assim desenvolve-se a conduta nutricional para o paciente, sendo respeitada a individualidade de cada um. O tempo de retorno e acompanhamento irá variar de pessoa para pessoa.
Uma consulta deve ser feita mesmo quando não há nenhum problema diagnosticado. É uma medida essencial para a prevenção e a melhora da saúde e da disposição.
O fato é que com reeducação nutricional se aprende a comer sem privações e visando saúde futura. O objetivo do serviço nutricional é promover essa conscientização.
