Tratar a pele em casa e fazer máscaras com frutas naturais pode fazer o mesmo efeito de cremes industrializados, segundo Dra Meire Gonzaga da Sociedade Brasileira de Dermatologia. “Não existe no mercado máscara, ‘natural’ ou não, com efeito farmacológico. Ela pode dar luminosidade na hora e, por isso, a sensação imediata é de uma melhor textura”, afirma. A diferença entre os cosméticos caseiros e os produtos industrializados é a menor concentração dos princÃpios ativos, afirma a dermatologista.
“Amêndoas e abacate têm óleos que amaciam a pele. Esses alimentos formam uma barreira que diminui a perda de água, mantendo a hidratação. Já a papaÃna do mamão tem efeito cicatrizante.” A médica alerta que há limites para esse uso. “Alguns vegetais causam alergia. Isso acontece principalmente com as frutas cÃtricas, que devem ser evitadas nas manipulações caseiras.”
DICAS
Hidratante
Amasse a polpa de meio abacate com 1 colher (sopa) de caldo de cana. Para uma máscara mais consistente, acrescente aos poucos argila em pó. Cubra o rosto com pedaços de gaze, aplique a máscara e deixe por dez a 20 minutos.
Revitalizante
Amasse o miolo de uma abobrinha italiana com a pasta e o leite de amêndoas, até ficar consistente -se necessário, acrescente aos poucos argila em pó. Após esfoliar a pele, cubra o rosto com pedaços de gaze e aplique a máscara por dez a 20 minutos.
Clareadora
Misture 1 colher (sopa) da polpa de aveia com a polpa de meio mamão papaia. Cubra o rosto com pedaços de gaze e aplique a máscara. Deixe por cinco a dez minutos.
Nutritiva
Amasse uma banana com 1 colher (chá) de leite de amêndoas. Cubra o rosto com pedaços de gaze e com a máscara e fique por dez a 15 minutos.
- Leite de amêndoas
Deixe 100 g de amêndoas de molho em água por uma noite. Coe, tire a pele das amêndoas e bata no liquidificador com 1 l de água filtrada. Esprema a pasta obtida em um pano de voal. Utilize o lÃquido coado ou a polpa retida no pano, conforme a receita.
- Leite de aveia
Deixe 100 g de aveia em flocos de molho em água por 1 h. Bata no liquidificador e esprema a pasta em um pano de voal. Utilize como o leite de amêndoas.

Infelizmente não poderei te ajudar, pois não sei onde encontrar toranja no Rio de Janeiro. Esta fruta se encontra mais facilmente no sul do paÃs. De uma lida nesta reportagem. “Grapefruit” ou toranja é o maior cÃtrico à venda .

boa noite thema,onde posso encontra a polpa de aveia mim ajunde…
Bom Dia! atualmente, estou fazendo uma limpesa de bele com uma dermatologista, para tirar alguns grão de milho que foi acumulando ao longo do tempo no meu rosto, devido o excesso de ceborreias (oleosidade) e estou satisfeita com este tratamento. Porém, fazer em casa é uma questão de determinação e predisposição para fazer tal cuidados e não tenho este perfil. Mais fico muito grata pelas dicas e vou me lembrar em fazer um teste para que se torne um hábito,caso não tenha condições finanaceira para arcar tla custos.
