SOPA PICANTE DE FRANGO E SALSÃO
Ingredientes
1 cebola picada
3 batatas em cubos pequenos
1 peito de frango ou 400 g
800 ml de caldo de frango
40 g de salsão
pimenta malagueta a gosto
Ervas a gosto
1 colher (sopa) de azeite
sal a gosto
Modo de Preparo
Cozinhe o peito de frango com osso e reserve o caldo de frango. Deixe esfriar. Desfiar o peito de frango. Corte a cebola, a batata e o salsão em cubos. Refogue numa panela todos os ingredientes e depois adicione as ervas e pimenta. Misture bem. Acrescente o caldo e coloque o sal. Deixe cozinhar por uns 20 minutos ou até cozinhar bem a batata. Sirva a seguir.
