A combinação de água, frutas e hortaliças ou legumes para fazer sucos é uma ótima opção para quem quer uma forma prática de alimentação nutritiva, refrescante e fácil de preparar. Os sucos oferecem uma enorme quantidade de vitaminas e sais minerais que o organismo necessita. É recomendável tomar pelo menos um copo de suco por dia.
Segue algumas receitas de sucos.
SUCO ANTIESTRESSE
A pêra é rica em fibras e ajuda a hidratar. Enquanto o lêvedo de cerveja e a banana estimulam o bem-estar. O morango é calmante.
Ingredientes:
2 copos de água,
10 morangos,
1/2 pêra rÃgida,
1 banana madura,
1 colher (sopa) de lêvedo de cerveja
Modo de preparo:
No liquidificador, bata as frutas com água. Por último, acrescente o lêvedo de cerveja, misturando com a colher. Enfeite com um morango.
SUCO PARA A BELEZA DA PELE
O brócolis é um antioxidante, que combate os radicais livres responsáveis pelo envelhecimento precoce da pele. A cenoura e a beterraba, ambos ricos em fibra, facilitam o funcionamento intestinal, o que, indiretamente, deixa a pele mais bonita.
Ingredientes:
1 kiwi firme,
1 maçã verde,
1 cacho pequeno de uvas,
1 rodela de kiwi
Modo de preparo:
Passe todas as frutas na centrÃfuga e enfeite o copo com a rodela de kiwi.
SUCO DIGESTIVO
Ingredientes:
4 cenouras,
1 florete de brócolis,
1/2 beterraba
Modo de preparo:
Na centrÃfuga, passe todos os alimentos. Enfeite com um florete de brócolis.

SUCO ENERGIZANTE
Ingredientes:
1 maçã gala
1 beterraba
1 cenoura
suco de 4 laranjas
1 colher chá de linhaça
8 pedras de gelo
Modo de Preparo:
Descasque e pique os ingredientes, exceto a laranja, adicione o suco das quatro laranjas, bata no liquidificador junto com o gelo, coe, não precisa adoçar.
